No insurance, no claims, no bill afterward.
You pay once, at booking.
Lab and imaging orders — $39
No visit needed. Book a $39 order request: you pay at booking, fill in a short form, and we send your lab order (Quest) or imaging order (ultrasound, CT, MRI) within 24 hours.
The time slot is only for our review — there is no video call. Existing patients can also request through the patient portal.
Regular visit — $89
A video visit with your nurse practitioner. A sudden cough, a cold, an infection, a UTI, something that’s been bothering you for a while, or follow-up on a condition we already manage. Refills of your current medications are included.
First time with us?
Start with the $89 visit — it’s the same price whether or not we’ve met you. There’s no separate new-patient fee. Create your portal account and complete intake forms beforehand to keep the visit focused on your care.
Extended visit — $189
45 minutes
Book this if you have several things to discuss, need lab results reviewed, or help with breastfeeding. Not sure? Ask in chat.
Good to know
We prescribe most medications, but not controlled substances — those require an in-person visit. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911.
