To maintain the highest clinical standards and ensure your ongoing safety, new patients must first schedule an initial telehealth consultation to establish a formal provider-patient relationship and review their medical history before any prescriptions can be authorized.
Typical processing time for a medication refill is 1–2 business days. We strongly encourage you to submit your request at least 5 business days before your current supply is exhausted. This allows our clinical team sufficient time to review your chart and ensures your pharmacy has ample time to fill the order without interruption to your treatment.
Please be advised that certain medication refills may require a brief telehealth visit to monitor therapeutic progress or adjust dosages. Additionally, requests for controlled substances involve stricter federal regulations and stricter clinical oversight; these medications cannot be refilled through this simple form and will always require a scheduled appointment for clinical evaluation.
